The Program in One Minute

What Moneyvesta Workplace SIP Means for an Employer

Moneyvesta Workplace SIP is a proposed payroll-linked employee financial wellness program for eligible Indian companies, particularly organisations with 100 or more employees. Employees voluntarily choose how much of their salary to invest and select suitable regular-plan mutual funds. The employer facilitates authorised payroll deductions, while Moneyvesta supports onboarding, mutual fund selection and ongoing servicing as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. The employee owns the mutual fund units. Operational launch remains subject to the final SEBI circular, AMFI guidelines and participating transaction infrastructure.

Employees remain in control of their investment decisions. The employer enables the payroll process without selecting schemes, owning the units or receiving access to personal portfolio information. Moneyvesta manages the employee-facing mutual fund distribution and servicing journey.

Intended Employers

Structured Companies

Designed primarily for eligible Indian organisations with approximately 100 or more employees and established HR and payroll processes.

Employee Participation

Entirely Voluntary

Employees choose whether to enrol, determine their contribution amount and make the final mutual fund selection.

Employer Role

Payroll Facilitator

The employer processes authorised deductions but does not own the units, select employee funds or receive personal portfolio information.

Moneyvesta Model

Regular-Plan Distribution

Moneyvesta acts as the mutual fund distributor and may receive trail commission from AMCs on regular-plan investments made under its ARN.

Current status: The employer-facilitated payroll investment framework is not yet operational. Launch remains subject to the final SEBI circular, AMFI guidelines and readiness of participating AMCs, RTAs and transaction platforms.

Where the Framework Stands

SEBI Has Proposed Payroll-Linked Mutual Fund Investing. Final Rules Are Awaited.

On May 20, 2026, SEBI published a consultation paper proposing that eligible employers be permitted to make consolidated payments for employee mutual fund investments through authorised salary deductions. As of June 13, 2026, this remains a proposed framework rather than an operational facility.

Consultation Paper Issued · Operational Rollout Awaited

What SEBI Has Proposed

Voluntary Employee Investing Through Payroll

Under the proposed structure, interested employees would authorise salary deductions and invest in mutual fund schemes chosen by them. The employer would facilitate the consolidated remittance, while the employee would remain the beneficial owner of the units.

  • Employee participation would remain voluntary
  • Employees would choose the mutual fund schemes
  • The employer would facilitate payroll deductions
  • Units and eligible payouts would belong to employees

What Is Still Awaited

Eligibility and Operating Procedures

The final SEBI circular and subsequent AMFI guidelines are expected to define how employers, employees, distributors, AMCs, RTAs and transaction platforms will implement the facility.

  • Final employer eligibility conditions
  • KYC and PMLA responsibilities
  • Payment allocation and reconciliation
  • Applicable NAV and transaction cut-offs
  • Failed-payment and employee-exit processes

The Workplace Investment Gap

A Strong Salary Does Not Automatically Create a Strong Investment Habit

Many employees have the income to invest but lack a simple, repeatable system for putting that income to work. The gap is often not earning capacity. It is consistent execution. Investing may remain irregular, fragmented across platforms or repeatedly postponed despite rising salaries and long-term financial goals.

What Employees Often Experience

Good Intentions Without a Consistent Investment Process

Traditional workplace benefits can address protection, retirement and statutory savings, but employees may still lack a structured route for voluntary, market-linked investing toward their personal goals.

  • Investments are made only when surplus cash remains
  • Salary increases do not consistently translate into higher investments
  • Multiple apps and products create fragmented portfolios
  • Employees postpone decisions because onboarding and fund selection feel complex
  • There is no recurring workplace process supporting investment continuity
Regularity

Connect Investing With the Salary Cycle

A voluntary payroll-linked process can help employees invest before monthly spending decisions interrupt their original intentions.

Employee Control

Preserve Choice and Ownership

Employees decide whether to participate, how much to contribute and which suitable regular-plan mutual funds to select. The investments remain employee-owned.

Ongoing Support

Reduce Friction Around Implementation

Moneyvesta supports employee education, onboarding, mutual fund distribution and ongoing servicing, while the employer remains focused on payroll facilitation.

Moneyvesta Workplace SIP is intended to bridge this execution gap. It does not guarantee that employees will invest or achieve specific returns. It creates a structured route through which willing employees may act more consistently once the proposed regulatory framework becomes operational. Read why many high-income professionals in India remain underinvested .

Strongest Initial Fit

What a Workplace SIP-Ready Employer May Look Like

  • Approximately 100 or more employees
  • Centralised and reliable monthly payroll
  • Dedicated HR, finance and payroll stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain and retain employee authorisations
  • Interest in voluntary employee financial wellness benefits
  • Capacity to support periodic employee communication

Company size alone will not determine eligibility or suitability. Moneyvesta will assess the employer’s payroll structure, stakeholder readiness and expected employee participation once the final operating framework is available. Employers with ESOP-heavy teams may also find our guide to building wealth through employee stock options relevant for employee education.

How the Program Is Structured

A Voluntary Route From Monthly Salary to Employee-Owned Mutual Fund Investments

Moneyvesta Workplace SIP is intended to combine the regularity of payroll with the flexibility of employee-selected mutual fund investing. The employer facilitates the process, but the investment remains voluntary, individually selected and owned by the employee.

Program Definition

Workplace Facilitation Without Employer Control Over the Investment

The proposed model is not an employer-managed investment pool. Each participating employee would have an individual mutual fund investment relationship, subject to KYC, eligibility and transaction requirements.

  • Voluntary participation: employees decide whether to enrol.
  • Individual contribution: each employee chooses the authorised deduction amount.
  • Employee choice: the final mutual fund selection remains with the employee.
  • Employee ownership: units, statements, redemptions and eligible payouts belong to the employee.
Employer Facilitation

Payroll Deduction and Consolidated Remittance

Subject to the final operating rules, the employer would process deductions authorised by participating employees and facilitate the prescribed consolidated payment and data flow.

Employee Decision

Voluntary Enrolment and Mutual Fund Selection

Employees would decide whether to participate, how much to invest and which suitable regular-plan mutual funds to select. Participation would not form part of compulsory salary benefits.

Moneyvesta Support

Employee Education, Distribution and Servicing

Moneyvesta would support employee communication, onboarding, mutual fund distribution and ongoing servicing as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor under ARN-269314.

What It Is Not

Important Boundaries for Employers

  • It is not a compulsory employee deduction
  • It is not an employer-owned investment account
  • It does not require the employer to select employee funds
  • It does not give the employer access to personal portfolios
  • It does not guarantee returns or capital protection
  • It is not yet an operational payroll investment facility
Implementation remains conditional: the exact payment flow, employee authorisation process, transaction timelines, eligible employers and responsibilities of each participating entity will be governed by the final SEBI circular, AMFI guidelines and platform procedures.

The Employee Journey

From Employee Education to a Monthly Mutual Fund Investment

The proposed Workplace SIP journey is intended to make voluntary investing easier to understand and easier to implement. Employees would retain control over participation, contribution amounts and mutual fund selection throughout the process.

Employee Control at Every Stage

Payroll Creates the Route. The Employee Makes the Investment Decisions.

The employer’s role would be limited to approved program communication, authorised payroll deductions and the prescribed transaction process. The employee would remain responsible for the decision to invest.

  • Participation is voluntary. No employee would be required to enrol.
  • Contribution amounts are employee-selected. The employer would process only properly authorised deductions.
  • Mutual fund selection remains personal. The employer would not choose schemes for employees.
  • Units belong to the employee. Statements, redemptions and eligible payouts would be connected to the employee’s investment account.
Program Introduction

Employees Understand the Proposed Benefit

Moneyvesta would support clear employee communication explaining how the program works, what remains voluntary, the role of the employer and the risks associated with mutual fund investing.

Individual Readiness

KYC and Required Investor Details Are Completed

Participating employees would complete the applicable KYC, bank, nominee and investor information requirements prescribed by the final regulatory and transaction framework.

Voluntary Selection

The Employee Chooses the Contribution and Fund

The employee would decide how much to invest and select suitable regular-plan mutual funds through Moneyvesta’s distribution process. The employer would not make the investment selection.

Payroll Authorisation

The Employee Authorises the Salary Deduction

The employer would receive and retain the required employee authorisation before processing any payroll deduction, subject to the final format and operating procedures.

Monthly Transaction

Payroll Is Processed and Units Are Allocated

Subject to the final rules, authorised deductions, employee-level transaction information and the consolidated payment would move through the approved transaction infrastructure for mutual fund unit allocation.

Ongoing Servicing

Employees Receive Statements and Continued Support

Moneyvesta would support ongoing servicing, transaction assistance and employee communication. Any changes, pauses or discontinuations would follow the final platform and employer procedures.

The final employee journey may change. Exact KYC procedures, authorisation formats, transaction cut-offs, contribution changes and exit processes will depend on the final SEBI circular, AMFI guidelines and participating infrastructure. Employees building long-term wealth may also find our guide on how to build their first ₹1 crore useful.

Responsibility Framework

A Clear Division of Responsibilities Across Every Participant

Workplace SIP is not managed by one organisation alone. The employee, employer, Moneyvesta, mutual fund infrastructure and payroll or transaction platform would each perform a distinct role. The final allocation of responsibilities will depend on the SEBI circular, AMFI guidelines and the operating procedures adopted by participating entities.

Individual Investor

Employee

The employee remains the investor and makes the personal decisions connected with participation and mutual fund selection.

  • Choose whether to participate
  • Select the contribution amount
  • Complete KYC and investor requirements
  • Select suitable regular-plan mutual funds
  • Own the units and receive eligible payouts
Payroll Facilitator

Employer

The employer facilitates the approved workplace and payroll process without becoming the owner or selector of employee investments.

  • Coordinate HR, payroll and finance stakeholders
  • Obtain and retain employee authorisations
  • Process authorised salary deductions
  • Share prescribed transaction data securely
  • Support employee joins, changes and exits
Mutual Fund Distributor

Moneyvesta

Moneyvesta supports the employee-facing mutual fund distribution and servicing journey under its AMFI registration and ARN.

  • Support employee education and onboarding
  • Facilitate regular-plan mutual fund distribution
  • Provide transaction and servicing assistance
  • Maintain applicable distributor disclosures
  • Coordinate with participating infrastructure
Investment Infrastructure

AMC and RTA

The asset management company and registrar would perform the mutual fund account, transaction and record-keeping functions assigned to them.

  • Process eligible mutual fund transactions
  • Apply applicable NAV and cut-off rules
  • Allot units to individual employees
  • Maintain folio and transaction records
  • Issue statements and process eligible payouts
Operating Infrastructure

Payroll or Transaction Platform

The participating platform may support the secure movement of instructions, employee-level data, payments and transaction confirmations.

  • Receive authorised transaction instructions
  • Support consolidated payment processing
  • Map payments to individual employees
  • Manage reconciliation and exception reporting
  • Support prescribed data-security controls

Important Employer Boundaries

What the Employer Would Not Be Expected to Do

  • Choose mutual fund schemes on behalf of employees
  • Guarantee investment returns or capital protection
  • Own employee mutual fund units
  • Receive unrestricted access to personal portfolios
  • Provide personalised investment advice to employees
  • Begin deductions before the framework becomes operational
The final responsibility matrix may change. Detailed duties relating to KYC, PMLA compliance, employee authorisation, payment handling, data transfer, reconciliation, transaction failures and employee exits will be governed by the final regulatory and operating framework.

Employer Value

A Financial Wellness Benefit That Does Not Turn HR Into an Investment Desk

Moneyvesta Workplace SIP is intended to help employers offer a structured route for voluntary investing while preserving a clear separation between payroll administration and personal investment decisions. The employer facilitates access. Employees retain control. Moneyvesta supports the mutual fund distribution and servicing journey.

Financial Wellness

Move Beyond One-Time Financial Education

Financial wellness sessions may create awareness, but a payroll-linked route can also support willing employees in converting that awareness into a repeatable investment process.

Benefit Differentiation

Add a Distinctive Voluntary Employee Benefit

Employers can potentially complement insurance, retirement and statutory benefits with an optional route for employee-owned, market-linked mutual fund investing.

Salary-Cycle Discipline

Help Employees Connect Income With Investing

Linking authorised contributions with the monthly salary process may reduce the friction that causes employees to postpone investing until after discretionary spending.

Employee Choice

Preserve Voluntary Participation and Ownership

Employees would decide whether to participate, determine their contribution and select suitable regular-plan mutual funds. The investments would remain individually owned.

Scalable Communication

Support Employees Through a Common Education Framework

Moneyvesta can support program communication, mutual fund education, onboarding and servicing without requiring HR teams to answer individual investment questions.

Role Clarity

Keep Investment Decisions Outside the Employer’s Role

The proposed structure can allow the employer to facilitate payroll while Moneyvesta and the participating mutual fund infrastructure manage the employee-facing investment process.

The Employer Proposition

A Structured Benefit With Clear Operational Boundaries

The strongest employer value may come from giving employees access to a disciplined investment route without asking payroll, HR or finance teams to become mutual fund experts or personal financial advisers.

  • Voluntary participation rather than compulsory enrolment
  • Employee-owned investments rather than employer assets
  • Defined payroll responsibilities and authorisation flows
  • Moneyvesta-led employee education and servicing
  • Privacy boundaries around personal portfolio information
  • A program capable of being introduced across teams

What Employers Should Not Assume

The Program Is a Facilitation Benefit, Not an Outcome Guarantee

  • It cannot guarantee employee participation
  • It cannot guarantee investment returns
  • It does not eliminate mutual fund market risk
  • It should not be presented as compulsory compensation
  • It does not replace personal financial planning
  • It remains subject to the final operating framework
Employer value will depend on thoughtful implementation. Clear communication, voluntary participation, payroll accuracy and ongoing employee support will matter more than simply announcing another benefit. Employers may also find our guide on turning salary increases into stronger investment habits useful for employee financial wellness communication.

Employee Choice and Privacy

Payroll Facilitation Should Not Remove Employee Control or Financial Privacy

Workplace SIP is intended to make investing easier to implement, not to transfer investment decisions to the employer. Employees would choose whether to participate, how much to invest and which suitable regular-plan mutual funds to select. Personal investment information should remain accessible only to the employee and the entities that require it for authorised onboarding, transaction processing and servicing.

Employee Decision Rights

The Employee Remains the Investor at Every Stage

The employer would facilitate an approved payroll process, but would not replace the employee as the decision-maker or owner of the mutual fund investment.

  • Choice to participate: enrolment would remain voluntary.
  • Choice of contribution: employees would determine the authorised deduction.
  • Choice of investment: the employee would make the final mutual fund selection.
  • Ownership of units: investments and eligible payouts would belong to the employee.
  • Right to change or stop: contribution changes would follow the final operating procedures.
Voluntary Enrolment

No Automatic or Compulsory Participation

Salary deductions should be processed only after the employee has provided the required authorisation in the manner prescribed by the final framework.

Personal Selection

The Employer Does Not Choose the Fund

Employees would select suitable regular-plan mutual funds through Moneyvesta’s distribution process. The employer would not prescribe a personal portfolio.

Individual Ownership

Mutual Fund Units Belong to the Employee

Units would be allotted to the participating employee’s folio or investment account. The employer would not own, control or redeem those units.

Limited Visibility

Personal Portfolio Details Remain Private

The employer should receive only the information required to perform its authorised payroll and reconciliation responsibilities.

Purpose-Limited Data

Employee Information Should Be Used Only for Defined Program Functions

KYC, bank, nominee, transaction and contact information should be collected, transferred and retained only by the entities that require it for lawful onboarding, payment processing, unit allocation, servicing and regulatory compliance.

What the Employer May Need

Limited Operational Information

  • Whether an employee has authorised a payroll deduction
  • The approved monthly deduction amount
  • Required employee and transaction identifiers
  • Payment status and reconciliation exceptions
  • Instructions to start, change, pause or discontinue deductions

What Should Remain Private

Personal Investment and Financial Information

  • Complete mutual fund portfolio and current valuation
  • Personal financial goals and risk considerations
  • Bank account details beyond what the employer lawfully requires
  • Nominee and other personal investor information
  • Redemption decisions and eligible personal payouts

Data Governance

Privacy Must Be Designed Into the Operating Process

Employers and participating service providers should define what information is collected, who can access it, why it is required and how long it is retained before the program is introduced.

  • Employee consent and authorisation records
  • Role-based access to personal information
  • Secure exchange of payroll and transaction data
  • Purpose limitation and data minimisation
  • Exception handling and audit trails
  • Processes for employee exits and data retention
Exact privacy and data-sharing requirements are still awaited. The final SEBI circular, AMFI guidelines, applicable data protection requirements and participating platform procedures will determine the permitted information flows and safeguards. Read Moneyvesta’s privacy policy for information about our current data-handling practices.

Cost and Compensation

How Moneyvesta Workplace SIP Is Intended to Be Paid For

Moneyvesta Workplace SIP is being developed as a regular-plan mutual fund distribution program. Moneyvesta would generally not charge the employer a separate standard implementation fee. Moneyvesta may instead receive trail commission from asset management companies on eligible regular-plan mutual fund investments made under its ARN.

Employer Cost

No Separate Standard Implementation Fee From Moneyvesta

Moneyvesta does not presently intend to charge eligible employers a separate fee for the standard program setup, employee communication and mutual fund distribution support described on this page.

  • No standard Moneyvesta onboarding fee for the employer
  • No compulsory employer contribution to employee funds
  • Employer may still incur its own payroll or technology costs
Employee Investment Cost

Employees Invest Through Regular-Plan Mutual Funds

Regular plans include distribution-related expenses within the scheme’s total expense ratio. These expenses are reflected in the scheme’s net asset value rather than ordinarily being collected as a separate invoice from the employee.

  • Expense ratios differ across schemes and plan options
  • Applicable costs are disclosed in mutual fund documents
  • Returns remain subject to market risks and scheme costs
Moneyvesta Compensation

Trail Commission May Be Received From AMCs

Moneyvesta may receive ongoing trail commission from the relevant asset management company where an employee invests in an eligible regular-plan mutual fund under Moneyvesta’s ARN-269314.

  • Commission rates may vary by AMC and mutual fund scheme
  • Compensation may continue while eligible assets remain invested
  • Applicable distributor disclosures would be provided

Compensation Disclosure

The Program Is Not Commission-Free or Cost-Free Investing

The absence of a separate standard employer fee should not be interpreted to mean that mutual fund investing has no cost. Employees would invest in regular plans whose expenses may include distributor compensation.

  • Regular plans generally have different expense structures from direct plans
  • Scheme expenses are reflected in the published NAV
  • Moneyvesta may receive commission from participating AMCs
  • Commission may differ between schemes and fund houses
  • Employees should review applicable scheme documents
  • Mutual fund returns are not guaranteed by Moneyvesta or the employer

Scope of Standard Implementation

Additional Employer Requirements May Be Assessed Separately

A company may require services beyond the standard program structure. Any separate commercial arrangement would be discussed transparently before work begins and would not be implied merely by an initial readiness conversation.

  • Custom payroll or HRMS integrations
  • Bespoke reporting or employer dashboards
  • Extensive onsite employee programs
  • Custom legal, security or procurement requirements
  • Third-party platform or transaction charges
  • Services outside mutual fund distribution
Final costs and compensation arrangements may change. Actual scheme expenses, commission rates, platform charges, employer responsibilities and permitted payment structures will depend on the selected mutual funds, participating infrastructure and final regulatory framework. Employees should review the relevant scheme information document, key information memorandum and applicable disclosures before investing. Moneyvesta’s general website terms are available in our terms and conditions .

Why Moneyvesta

A Specialist Partner for the Employee-Facing Mutual Fund Journey

Workplace SIP requires more than a payroll deduction. Employees must understand the program, complete the required investor processes, make informed mutual fund selections and receive continuing transaction support. Moneyvesta is developing a structured employer and employee experience around these requirements.

The Moneyvesta Approach

Clear Employer Coordination. Thoughtful Employee Support.

Moneyvesta Workplace SIP is intended to connect employer readiness, payroll coordination, employee education and mutual fund servicing within one structured program. Moneyvesta would act as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, not as the employer’s payroll provider or as a guarantor of employee investment outcomes.

Employer Coordination

A Defined Readiness and Implementation Process

Moneyvesta can help HR, payroll and finance teams identify required stakeholders, information flows, employee communication needs and operational dependencies before implementation.

Employee Education

Communication Designed Around Employee Decisions

Employees would receive clear explanations of voluntary participation, regular-plan mutual funds, market risks, scheme selection, expenses and the separation between employer and investor responsibilities.

Distribution Support

Mutual Fund Onboarding and Ongoing Servicing

Moneyvesta would support applicable investor onboarding, regular-plan mutual fund distribution, transaction assistance and ongoing employee servicing under ARN-269314.

Role Clarity

Clear Boundaries Between Employer and Distributor

The employer would remain focused on authorised payroll facilitation. Moneyvesta would manage the employee-facing distribution process without transferring fund-selection responsibility to HR or payroll teams.

Capacity for This Program AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor
Registration ARN-269314
Investment Route Regular-Plan Mutual Funds
Investment Ownership Individual Employee

Important Role Clarification

Workplace SIP Is Offered in Moneyvesta’s Mutual Fund Distribution Capacity

Moneyvesta also operates a separate SEBI-registered investment advisory business. Workplace SIP, as described on this page, is not presented as a fee-only or commission-free advisory service.

  • Employees would invest through regular-plan mutual funds
  • Moneyvesta may receive trail commission from AMCs
  • Employer payroll facilitation is distinct from personalised investment advice
  • Any separate advisory engagement would require its own scope and documentation
  • Employer participation does not imply endorsement of individual mutual fund schemes
  • Moneyvesta does not guarantee returns or capital protection
Moneyvesta is currently preparing for the proposed framework. This section describes the intended service model and should not be interpreted as a claim that Moneyvesta has already implemented an operational payroll-linked mutual fund program. Final services will depend on regulatory rules, participating infrastructure and employer-specific readiness.

Employer Readiness

Is Your Organisation Ready for a Payroll-Linked Investment Program?

A Workplace SIP program will require more than employee interest. Employers will need reliable payroll processes, clear internal ownership, secure information flows and the ability to manage employee authorisations accurately. Moneyvesta’s initial readiness discussion is intended to identify these requirements before any implementation planning begins.

Workforce

A Meaningful Eligible Employee Base

The program is being developed primarily for eligible Indian organisations with approximately 100 or more employees, subject to the final regulatory criteria.

Payroll

A Centralised and Reliable Salary Process

Payroll should be processed consistently, with the ability to manage authorised deductions, changes, exceptions and employee exits accurately.

Internal Ownership

Identified HR, Finance and Payroll Stakeholders

The employer should identify who will own employee communication, payroll processing, payment approval, reconciliation and internal escalation.

Authorisation

A Process for Recording Employee Instructions

The employer will need to obtain, retain and act only on valid employee instructions to start, change, pause or stop salary deductions.

Data Governance

Secure Employee and Transaction Information Flows

The company should be able to exchange only the information required for authorised payroll, payment, reconciliation and transaction processing.

Employee Communication

Capacity to Explain a Voluntary Market-Linked Benefit

Employees must understand that participation is voluntary, investments are market-linked and neither the employer nor Moneyvesta guarantees returns.

What Moneyvesta Will Assess

The Initial Employer Readiness Conversation

The first discussion is intended to determine whether the employer is likely to be suitable for further planning once the final framework becomes operational.

  • Number and location of eligible employees
  • Payroll cycle and current payroll technology
  • HR, finance, payroll and compliance ownership
  • Expected employee interest and communication needs
  • Employee authorisation and change processes
  • Data-security and vendor-onboarding requirements
  • Payment approval and reconciliation workflows
  • Expected timing after regulatory implementation
Early Interest

Exploring the Concept

Your organisation is evaluating the benefit but has not yet identified owners, payroll requirements or expected employee demand.

Preparation Stage

Internally Aligning Stakeholders

HR, payroll and finance teams are discussing the program and can begin documenting the processes that may be needed.

Strong Initial Fit

Ready for Detailed Assessment

The company has a structured payroll, identified internal owners, clear employee-benefit objectives and the ability to support secure implementation planning.

What Employers Can Do Now

Prepare Without Beginning Payroll Deductions

  • Identify HR, payroll, finance, compliance and IT owners
  • Review whether payroll can support voluntary deductions
  • Estimate the number of potentially interested employees
  • Document current employee authorisation processes
  • Review vendor, privacy and information-security requirements
  • Prepare questions for the final regulatory framework
Readiness does not mean the program can begin immediately. Employers should not process salary deductions or remit employee investment amounts until the final SEBI circular, AMFI guidelines and approved transaction infrastructure make the framework operational. The next section allows interested employers to request a readiness discussion with Moneyvesta.

Employer Consultation

Assess Your Organisation’s Readiness for Moneyvesta Workplace SIP

Speak with Moneyvesta about your workforce, payroll structure and employee financial wellness objectives. The initial discussion is intended to assess readiness and identify dependencies. It is not an operational enrolment or an instruction to begin salary deductions.

The Discussion Will Cover
  • Employer suitability: workforce size, locations and likely eligibility.
  • Operational readiness: payroll, HR, finance, compliance and data requirements.
  • Employee experience: communication, onboarding and ongoing servicing needs.
  • Regulatory dependencies: what can be prepared now and what must await final rules.
Intended primarily for eligible Indian employers with approximately 100 or more employees. Final suitability will depend on the regulatory framework and employer-specific readiness.

Request an Employer Readiness Discussion

Share a few details about your organisation. Moneyvesta will use this information only to evaluate and respond to your Workplace SIP enquiry.

Preferred Way to Connect

Your details will only be used to respond to this enquiry and understand your organisation’s requirements. We do not share company or employee information with third parties.

Submitting this form does not create an advisory, distribution or implementation engagement. No payroll deduction should begin before the proposed framework becomes operational.

Any separate investment advisory engagement would require its own scope, documentation, fees and regulatory disclosures.

The payroll-linked mutual fund framework discussed on this page is based on SEBI’s consultation paper dated 20 May 2026. The final circular, AMFI guidelines, employer eligibility requirements, operating procedures and participating transaction infrastructure are awaited. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as confirmation that the facility is currently operational.
